We have dedicated our work areas primarily to the Murrells Inlet, Litchfield, and Pawleys Island communities of the South Strand.

Steve Fournier, President of Fournier Custom Building, places great value and dedication in providing his customers with some of the best designed and built homes, both in quality and price. Originally from upstate New York, Steve and his staff have been active in the South Strand and Myrtle Beach area for over 30 years.
Steve is active within Saint Mary’s Catholic Church and enjoys carpentry, metal fabricating, his koi fish and water garden, outdoor activities, personal exercise, and building hot-rods.
Lee Fournier, son of owner Steve and Carmela Fournier, is the Project Manager for the physical construction process of each home. Lee graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a BA in Management and has been involved in home building and construction his entire life. His passion for building translates into every detail of our one-of-a-kind custom homes.
A native of Myrtle Beach, Carmela Fournier is the Office and Account manager of Fournier Custom Building, as well as a successful licensed real estate agent with Dockside Realty in Myrtle Beach. She aids in property search, design input, and works closely with our client’s lending institutions to ensure a smooth build process.
